Q) Do I have to be a member to see the parts and manufacturers?

A) No, the categories and displays are open to the general public but you will have to have an account to request and receive data
Q) How do I become a member?

A) Registration is easy.  There is no current membership fee to become a member however The ASAP Network is designed to be a business resource for Automotive aftermarket dealers and distributors and not open to the general public. Dealer members must have a business to be approved for an account. If you do not have an email address that is domain based, example name @yourbusinessname.com, you will required to show some kind of social media account that is tied to your business.
Q) How do I get the Data from the site?

A) Once you're a member of the ASAP Network and you're logged in to your account, you will notice that the buttons on the pages will change from "Find a Dealer" to "Request Data".  The first time you request a manufacturer's data requires approval from that manufacturer. Once approval is given, you will have complete access to data and media from that manufacturer.
Q) How do I show up under authorized dealers for a brand or category?

A) If you are a member and you have received that manufacturers product data, your information will automatically show up as an available dealer for that brand.  Remember that the general public can access the site for details about the parts and products they're looking to purchase.  If you have requested data from a manufacturer, please do add that line to your site to make sure that the public can find those parts on your site when your website is referred as an business that carries part.
Q) How do I get notifications regarding updates and new parts?

A) As long as you still use the email address that you used to register your account, you will be sent an email with any updates made to manufacturers data that you have requested from the ASAP Network.
Q) What if I’m not an approved dealer?

A) In most cases you can become an approved dealer right on the site. There are a few manufacturers that this will not apply to, however each manufacturer has a dealer request form located on their page.  Even if you don't buy direct from the manufacturer you can get approved for the release of data.  Many dealers receive their parts from a warehouse or distributor, there is a field for this question on the application pages.

Q) How do I cancel my membership?

A) You can find the cancellation on your account page.  Once you have canceled your membership you will not longer have access to the data, media or tools on the ASAP Network.  Cancellation of your account removes your business link from the site as well as your business location under the "find a dealer" link on any products you have requested.
