It’s a fact that all Cummins‘, Power Stroke’s and Duramax’s came from the factory with some issues. We take pride in fixing those issues. Nothing leaves our factory with a known issue that hasn’t been addressed. We may be a little more expensive than our competition, but we’re ok with that because quality is our number one concern and our engines simply aren’t the same as our competition’s. We build them better. No one likes dealing with warranty concerns, us included. So, we do not cut corners, period.

Remanufactured NOT Rebuilt

We build Remanufactured Engines, NOT Rebuilt Engines. Most often, Rebuilt Engines get a quick cylinder hone, new bearings, new piston rings, and not much else. ALL our engines go through a full machining process. Every surface is machined, not just honed, which allows for much higher quality control, better oil pressure and an overall better running engine. All get new parts, new pistons, new bearings, new push rods, new lifters, and more depending on the SKU.

-All OEM shortcomings fixed, period.

-Each engine sees a full machining process.

-ALL wear parts are replaced. No reused pistons, lifters, hardware, pushrods, etc.

-Performance builds are always a bit overbuilt, within reason. Tuning and supporting mods aren’t always something we can control. So, we overbuild, on purpose.

-Each build is fully documented from the core teardown to completion. This not only allows for better quality control, it allows us to see how these engines fail so we can apply that to continually better our products.
